Welcome to 2nd House Astrology! I’m so glad you’re here! You’ve probably seen the memes. Every Aries is impulsive. Every Cancer is emotional. But there is so much more to astrology than the surface level clichés about why some people won’t date a Gemini. To paraphrase what the poet Walt Whitman wisely stated, we all contain multitudes. So much so, that the power and potential of every zodiac sign is contained within all of us. Confused? That’s where I come in. 

My name is Jessica Lloyce and I help my clients gain greater self understanding and get more of what they want out of life by using the millennia old tool known as astrology. Through my study of this field, one thing has become abundantly clear: you are specific. Whether by fate or by some pre-birth choice, you arrived here at the exact moment that all the celestial bodies were very doing specific things. I have seen in my own life and the life of my clients that there is gold in the hills of honoring that specificity should you choose to work in concert with it. In fact, I’ve found that when people are unknowingly working against their astrological signatures, that’s when they are more likely to encounter the frequent frustration of closed doors. The truth is, if it doesn’t open, it’s not your door. But, through discussing your unique astrological DNA, I’m here to help you determine which doors are “yours”, when certain doors will be easier or more difficult to open, and reintroduce you to the keys to those doors laid out in your birth chart.

Knowing that your astrological make up is likely to include mama drama or a habit of winning every beauty pageant you enter is great. Knowledge is power after all. But knowledge without understanding how to use it is like having a race car parked on cement blocks. I’ve found that my favorite way to help people use the knowledge of astrology is to give them a life raft in the storm that is extractive capitalism. By looking through the lens of astrology, I aim to give people (especially those who identify as part of the African diaspora, the Queer community, Women, and/or those who sit at any of those the intersections) the tools to build a personal relationship with their material circumstances that feels sustainable, aligned, fulfilling, and of course, profitable. Because let’s be honest, as we march on until freedom is won, we’re going to need a little treat (and there’s some aspects of community care, protection, and uplift, that we’re going to need McDonalds money for).
